Pre-Registration for the Two-Day Event
- Adult: $40 · With three meals: $70
- Child (under 18): $30 · With meals: $60
Day of Registration for the Two-Day Event
- Adult: $45 · With three meals: $70
- Child (under 18): $35 · With meals: $60
Single-Day Registration
- Adult: $20
- Child (under 18): $15
- Meals: + $10 per meal (per person)

Schedule Overview
Both Days (Friday & Saturday)
- 8:30 a.m. – Check-in & light breakfast (coffee and snacks)
- 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Morning sessions
30-minute presentations · 15-minute Q&A · 10-minute transition between speakers - 12:15 – 1:15 p.m. – Lunch at the Commons (for those with meal tickets)
- 1:30 – 5:00 p.m. – Afternoon presentations (Saturday ends here)
Friday Only
- 5:15 – 6:15 p.m. – Dinner
- 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. – Keynote speaker
Saturday Wrap-Up
- 5:00 – 5:30 p.m. – Closing session + prize drawing + preview of next year
